Annual Report Roadshows 2024/2025

Notice is hereby given in terms of the Local Government Systems Act 32 of 2000, Section 16 (1) and the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003, that the Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality will convene the Annual Report Roadshows for the 2024/2025 Financial year.  Community members are hereby invited to attend the Annual Report Roadshows as scheduled.

Smart Electricity Metering Project

Dear Resident

The Raymond Mhlaba Municipality will be implementing its Smart Electricity Metering Project within KwaMaqoma area. This initiative forms part of the National Treasury's RT29 transversal contract and is designed to enhance service delivery, whilst ensuring that residents can view their electricity usage and make informed decisions on electricity spend.

Closure of Municipal Traffic Offices on 2 July 2025

CLOSURE OF MUNICIPAL E-NATUS OFFICES

Residents are hereby informed that E Natus office (Traffic) will be temporarily closed on the Wednesday, 2 July 2025, from 13h00 onwards due to the SAMWU shop stewards Election.

The closure is to allow eligible staff members to participate in the election process.

Normal services will resume on Thursday, 3 July 2025
