Eligible candidates (18–22 years old) are invited to collect application forms at any of the following Municipal Offices:

- Adelaide Municipal Offices – Market Square, Adelaide
- Seymour Unit – Curson Street, KwaMaqoma
- KwaMaqoma Offices – 8 Somerset Street, KwaMaqoma
- Bonakele Milner Ntsangani Multipurpose Centre – Middledrift
- Raymond Mhlaba Municipality Council Chambers Building – Lond Market Street, Dikeni
Applicants are advised to check with the security personnel at each office to obtain the application forms.
