Ms U.T. Malinzi, the Municipal Manager, as duly instructed by the Speaker of Raymond Mhlaba Municipality (Cllr T.
Ngaye), hereby gives notice that, in terms of Section 19(a) of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, an Ordinary
Council meeting of the Raymond Mhlaba Municipality will be held on Tuesday, 9 December 2025 at 10h00 in the New Council Chamber in Alice.
