The Raymond Mhlaba Municipality is pleased to announce the appointment of Conlog as the new official electricity vending service provider for the areas of Bedford, Adelaide, and KwaMaqoma.

Dear Resident

The Raymond Mhlaba Municipality will be implementing its Smart Electricity Metering Project within KwaMaqoma area. This initiative forms part of the National Treasury's RT29 transversal contract and is designed to enhance service delivery, whilst ensuring that residents can view their electricity usage and make informed decisions on electricity spend.

CLOSURE OF MUNICIPAL E-NATUS OFFICES

Residents are hereby informed that E Natus office (Traffic) will be temporarily closed on the Wednesday, 2 July 2025, from 13h00 onwards due to the SAMWU shop stewards Election.

The closure is to allow eligible staff members to participate in the election process.

Normal services will resume on Thursday, 3 July 2025

Raymond Mhlaba Municipality would like to inform all residents, businesses, and stakeholders that there is a planned power interruption in KwaMaqoma, due to planned maintenance. The municipality will conduct the planned maintenance on the following date:
