Ngaye), hereby gives notice that, in terms of Section 19(b) of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, a Virtual Special Council meeting of the Raymond Mhlaba Municipality will be held on Friday, 28 August 2026 at 10h00 in various venues.
