NOMINATIONS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF RAYMOND MHLABA MUNICIPAL PLANNING TRIBUNAL

Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality hereby invites nominations for members of the public to be appointed to serve as members of the Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality Municipal Planning Tribunal (RMLM MPT) in terms of Section 33 of the Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management by-law, 2016 read together with Section 35 (1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA). Term of Office: The period of office of members will be five (5) years calculated from the date of appointment of such members by the Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality Council
