•     The Raymond Mhlaba Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid or any other bid and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of the bid.
•     Bids which are late, incomplete, pages not filled in, unsigned or submitted by facsimile or electronically, will not be accepted.
•     CIPRO / certificate of incorporation, certified ID copies of directors, valid tax clearance certificate, certified BBBEE certificate must be submitted
•     Supplier must be registered with Central Suppliers Database (CSD)

Failure to comply with these conditions invalidates your offer.
