Ms UT Malinzi, the Municipal Manager, as duly instructed by the Speaker of Raymond Mhlaba Municipality (Cllr A.W. Ntsangani), hereby gives notice that, in terms of Section 19(a) of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, due to Covid-19, a Virtual Ordinary Council meeting of the Raymond Mhlaba Municipality will be held on Wednesday, 23 June 2021 at 09h00 in various venues.
