The Raymond Mhlaba Municipality is informing the public that the General Valuation Roll for the financial period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030 is available for inspection at the Raymond Mhlaba Local Municipality offices until 6 June 2025, Monday to Friday, during office hours from 08:00 to 15:00 and can be accessed on the municipal website at www.raymondmhlaba.gov.za.
Property owners or interested parties wishing to appeal any entries in the General Valuation Roll must submit their objections to the Municipal Manager by 6 June 2025. It is important to note that, as per section 50(2) of the Act, objections must pertain to specific individual properties rather than the General Valuation Roll as a whole. The objection form can be obtained from the designated Municipal Offices and on the municipal website.
