NOTICE CALLING FOR THE INSPECTION OF 2019-2024
GENERAL VALUATION ROLL IN TERMS OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY RATES ACT 6 OF 2004
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 49(1) (a) (i)(ii) of the Local Government Municipal Property Rates Act 2004 (Act No. 6 of 2004), hereinafter referred to as 'the Act" that the municipality's General Valuation Roll for the period of 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2024 will be open for public inspection at designated Municipal offices situated in Fort Beaufort, Alice, Middeldrift ,Seymour, Adelaide, Bedford, and on the Municipal website www.raymondmhlaba.gov.za, from 20 February 2019 to 29 March 2019, and can be viewed during office hours: 08:00 until 16:30 from Monday to Friday at.
